Richard E. Warren

Richard E. Warren is chairman and owner of Luftig & Warren International (LWI), a progressive Business Performance Technology consulting firm that provides training and on-site consulting services throughout North, South, and Central America; Europe and Australia. Warren joined LWI in 1987 and became managing partner and chairman in 1988, bringing an outstanding achievement record as an entrepreneur with a focus on business development and professional services. In late 1999, Warren and LWI formed Luftig & Warren Staffing Solutions, a permanent placement firm dedicated to being the best at identifying, qualifying and delivering top talent for its client companies.

Following his graduation from Michigan State University in 1973 with a BA in Finance, Warren joined Ernst & Ernst as a senior staff accountant in the Tax Department.

In 1977 he founded Warren, Henderson & Co., P.C., a CPA firm specializing in tax and management consulting, and served as president and majority shareholder for more than seven years. Through his commitment to client development, relationship building and quality service, the firm grew to include 30 employees servicing a select client base.

Throughout the 1980's Warren was also a successful real estate developer. He orchestrated the planning, financing and development of more than 40 major projects throughout the mid-west.

Warren is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Michigan Association of CPAs, and is involved with numerous civic and charitable organizations.
