Working
with LWI is a unique and beneficial experience. We first spend up to a
week doing an assessment at a location to determine what that area’s
needs are, if we can fill those needs, and which of our tools and
strategies will give you the highest chance of success. If we find needs
that we cannot meet, we may be able to suggest sources to close those
gaps. In any event, we will never propose work unless we are confident
that that work will directly benefit your bottom line. If data are
available, we can even give you an estimate of the savings and
improvements to expect. We will put together a proposed work plan and
schedule to show you what needs to be done and the major steps to get
there.
We believe that for our company to be successful, we must help our client companies to be successful. We believe that any “solution” imposed from outside of your company will at best be minimally successful, and more usually will damage the efficiency of your organization. That is why we spend time learning your corporate culture and business, and why we frequently serve as facilitators to teams of your employees. If your employees are the ones who make the improvements using our tools and facilitation they have much more ownership in their success. For example, we do not just train your employees how to implement Daily Management and wish them luck as we walk out the plant’s door. |

Once they have been trained in the concepts we work onsite with the team to facilitate the work and provide statistical and organizational expertise to help them over rough spots until they are successful. We work with all levels of management to assure that the organization remains aligned to achieve its objectives, and through Quarterly Reviews, showcase the progress the teams have made. This works to avoid the “flavor of the month” management style where objectives and strategies are constantly in flux and continuity of purpose is impossible.

Additionally, each seminar we teach is evaluated
by the attendees, and the results are returned to the client. Each consultant is
evaluated yearly by all the people he or she comes in contact with, and these
results are also given to each client. This enables our organization to
